Straps and quick-release buckles on both the toe and collapsible heel pieces make the KTS easy to adjust. Best of all, these durable crampons weigh in at a mere 19 oz per pair, so they won’t slow you down on snow and ice.And when you’re not wearing them, the KTS folds into a compact package.

We advise (at The Outdoor Warehouse) that the Alu KTS running/walking crampons are best used for Alpine Snow condition, meaning that they are great for glacial Travel, Alpine Snow running, or UK conditions when we have ample snow cover on the ground. If you want to use them predominately in the UK, then it is best to buy a pair of the Steel KTS .
